I applied online. I interviewed at Garmin in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied online through the Garmin Careers web site. Within a few hours, I received a rejection message. A few days later, I received an email asking to set up a phone interview. I was a little confused, but set up the interview. The recruiter and I spent about 45 minutes talking about my work history, sales successes, and the position itself. I was told to expect the hear back in about a week whether or not they wanted to set up the next step (in-person interview in Kansas). I have not heard anything in a few weeks now, even after sending some follow-up messages. I guess I should not have expected anything else given the initial rejection message.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Garmin in Jun 2015
Interview
i applied online and heard nothing back for about 3 weeks. Then I got a call and they set up a phone interview for the following week. The phone interview was easy, mostly just talking through your resume and going in depth with your experience. The recruiter said I would here something in a week or two. 9 weeks later I got an email saying they were unable to offer me the position
I am not sure why it took so long to say no, if you are interested just tell me...
