I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Garmin (Cary, NC) in Sept 2024

Standard technical and behavioral interview, pretty trivial coding question. Then HR phone call, team matching, and interview with a team lead. The process took about 6 weeks total from the time I got the interview vs offer, but I've heard it go much faster.
