The interview process was very simple a phone screen standard questions. Second interview was a working interview one call role play and a chat role play pretty easy Was offered the position the same day prices took me a little less then a week

They ask you to purchase very expensive software and hardware. Feels like a scam, even though they say that they will pay for it. That part of the process made me very uncomfortable. I asked, but they won't purchase and send.

I was approached via email by a recruiter from Garner Health. The initial screening call went well and I moved on to the next round. The next interview asked for a short presentation with two parts. Part 1 was me presenting how I handled a client conflict. Part 2 was prioritizing several different client situations and explaining my reasoning. The presentation went extremely well. Both parts were well received and I was told my reasoning made sense. The interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. Next was their “cultural interview”. I was expecting to hear more about the companies culture and give them the opportunity to get to know me a little better. I may as well have been talking to a robot. The entire interview consisted of the most generic questions. Perhaps this employee was new to interviewing but it was strange having someone from the data team running an account management interview. They were not able to answer any of my questions about the position or relate to any of the account management experiences I shared. The company kept talking about how fast they are wanting to add account managers. They seemed to be in a huge rush to scale but when asked about the pipeline and future challenges they were unable to provide definitive answers. I received an offer but decided to turn it down. Initially this was a positive experience but the last interview was extremely awkward. It feels as if this company may be trying to grow too quick. Something is off so other candidates beware.
