Recruiter reached out. She lead me to another recruiter who was super awesome. We had a lovely convo about the mission and then she recommended me to technical interview.
Technical interviewer was not ready for me to code in java although recruiter said it was fine. The problem was an interval problem with poor instructions. The interviewer herself said she could not wrap her head around the problem the first 2 times she gave it.
Overall messy but the head of talent made me want to work there. She's so cool!

Question 1
Interval problem where you needed to find gap in intervals whilst comparing two lists.
Phone screening, then HM, then final round.
Not too difficult. Mostly around Garner as a start up and how/why you chose to apply with them. Vibe seems to be fast and quick page. Open communication and open feedback. Sounds like fast pace and want dedicated folks instead of just something consistent/stable.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Garner Health Technology in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I had 4 interviews. The first one was a phone screening, where they asked about my background and things of that nature. The second was an interview with the hiring manager, again just to get a sense of my background.
The third and fourth I had in the same day. The third was a technical interview that was "not leetcode style". I did a easy live coding interview that was health care focused.
The fourth was a more in depth interview about certain projects I've worked on and more technical questions.
