It was a smooth process from start to end. Was made comfortable and it was a good conversation to gauge the needs wants and demands of the organisationa and myself
I applied online. I interviewed at Garner Industries (Austin, TX)
Interview
First 2 interviews over phone. The third interview was about 2-3 hrs long, and was almost 3 weeks after the initial phone call. Had to go downtown in person for several hours pre-covid, take a performance test, be reviewed on that test, and then be interviewed by several people. This was very inconvenient to have to go to during a week day. They also didn't give a follow up email or call indicating I didn't get the job. I had to find out from a friend who worked there 2 weeks later that I wasn't chosen.
