Garner interview questions

Very casual interview, more of a "get to know you" than the traditional interview questions. Virtual with webcam, probably due to COVID. The goal seemed to be more about personality than the standard interview questions. Followed by a programming question.

I had a 30-minute zoom interview. The interviewer was arrogant and acted like he didn't care less. Kept emphasizing my skills were not enough. Showed no interest in my past projects. Worst interview experience ever. Please respect every candidate.
