Extremely disorganized. I met with 6 employees over 3 months. Each employee contacted me in different ways ( email, text, LinkedIn) after all calls, I was led to believe that I was a perfect fit. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I followed up with numerous people and finally heard the they were going with someone who more closely fit the job description. Wasted my time completely. I come from the same industry and have made a successful career selling similar programs. You’d think after I spent all this time interviewing, they’d be able to come up with a reason that would be better that that tired old generic excuse.
