Recruitment agency approached me regarding the position and set up an initial chat with HR. It was very casual and generic, no job specific or technical questions. After a few days I had a meeting with the Managing Director who seemed to have a good idea about construction but has no engineering background himself. Didn't appreciate all the questions regarding what I knew about the company. Got hardly asked any competency or technical question but was assured he would get back to me. Never happened and I accepted a job with LOR.
