applied online, initial phone interview then in person, answered all questions but without specifics, quick to respond with an offer, overall seemed very busy, felt inconvenient, was hoping the actual job was better

Interview
Went for first interview and was interviewed by several people. Asked to come back for a second interview which I did and didn't care for the interviewer. Seemed rushed and disorganized and almost like I wasn't being interviewed but pumped for specific information on how to improve their business. Got a bad feeling from that and decided to not continue the relationship.
