I applied online. I interviewed at Gateway Ticketing Systems in Jan 2026
Interview
Pretty simple interview process
Video Screening with Recruiter, asked basic questions (class vs object)
Interview with engineers had code tracing, some sorting and also a binary search question. Then a project showcase. Very friendly. Know Pillars of OOP

Interview
A simple interview usually starts with a recruiter to understand how you think, communicate, solve problems, and approach challenges, giving them insight into your skills before moving forward in the process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gateway Ticketing Systems in Nov 2025
Interview
Phone screening with a recruiter then a coding interview with the hiring manager and a front end developer. The coding interview seemed to be thrown together at the last minute. They seemed like they were annoyed to even be there. They only said to have an IDE ready, but they actually wanted a React app, which requires more than a simple Javascript file. This just shows their lack of care in their hiring process and maybe even in their product. I waited a week after the interview, but still no contact from them. I emailed the recruiter and waited another week for them to reply. They didn't reply for another week and that was with a form letter. Do not recommend.
