3 parts, group meeting, trial shift and interview with the MP of the restaurant you are going to work for where you will be tested personally and will negotiate your salary

several test in the group interview, like carrying a tray, selling tests , teamwork trials, individual trials and also a written test to check your english level.
It was an open day, a group presentation. After that they send you two days to a trial shift wich is not paid. Trial shift is arround 4 hours each day.
