It was a virtual process, during which I met with some managers and the director. They were all very friendly and seemed genuinely passionate about their roles within the company. I did not receive an offer and was informed that some of the responses I provided were merely "checking the box." It seems that they are not seeking individuals who sound entirely professional, but also those who express their personality. Although I did this during the interview, it may not be as easy for them to see personality when the process is virtual. Overall, the property seems okay, but the interview process was pretty easy.
