Got called in for an interview roughly two hours after I submitted an online application. Showed up at a surprisingly sparse office; apparently they had just recently moved into the space. Not many employees. Was given four tasks- format a resume into a proposal, complete an excel spreadsheet, edit a document, and reformat some images. There was a lot of work to do for what was supposed to be a 2-hour or so interview, particularly since some of the documents were riddled with grammatical or other errors I wasn't sure whether I was expected to fix or not, and I was simply left alone in a small room to complete it. Told the main manager after three hours that there was no way I could complete a fair portion of a proposal within a reasonable timeframe- this led to a long interview with oddly few questions which continued even after it was clear to both of us that my candidacy wasn't going anywhere. HR manager suggested I come in the next day to finish my work on the proposal; declined.
