The first stage of the process was an online application. After this, successful applicants are invited to complete a written assessment. The next stage is an assessment day. There were around 7 applicants. There were a number of group activities, one including a group presentation. After this, current and future trainees were invited into the room to network with applicants, whilst individual interviews were taking place with the HR team.

Various stages to the process. Initial application is fairly standard. Assessment day was genuinely interesting and enjoyable, different tasks made it more varied than other firms. Final interview stage is tough, although interviewers were very welcoming.
