you just walk in and bring your resume to the store. Let the manager know you are interested in the position. They did the on the spot interview. They ask a lot just about your schedule and they were somewhat nice. Very simple, just general questions

Tell me about yourself and how did you know we are hiring
Basic interview questions. Tell me a little about yourself. How did you deal with an upset costumer? When did you face a difficult challenge and how did you overcome the challenge?
Very quick 5 min interview where they go over your resume and ask about experience. Since I had previous restaurant experience I was hired on the spot. However, I applied for a server position and they told me I would need to be a food runner for a few weeks before I could move up.
