Gencare interview questions

Very casual. The food service manager was so chill. He off me a position on the spot. I was not expecting an interview since I didn't have an appointment. I wasn't dressed for an interview and he was very cool about it.

Have a test on accounting and excel first before the interview, which takes 30mins. After that the manager will have the interview with you. They ask a lot questions, like what motivate you to work here? What is your expectation for us?
