Interview
Highly organized and structured. For most roles, there are ~3 interviews. There are a variety of panel and individual interviews. The positives are that you have an opportunity to meet those that you will work with and there is less pressure on any one interview. The way that candidates are reviewed is systematic and aims for fairness. The area there could be an improvement is getting a feel for the culture during the interviews. The company is very special and this doesn't come through initially.

HR frequently messes up. They've misplaced CVs and have mistaken candidates. Feedback can be on track or completely off. Have patience. Some anticipate Roche to clean up process. Highly political, don't be surprised if you get passed over for someone lacking experience. This includes having degrees. Have teamwork examples.
