Genera Corporation interview questions

The whole interview process was very unprofessional. They asked me to go in on the very same day or the next day. Asked many non-job related questions. You can tell the manager was very unprepared. Didn't know why they even bothered to ask for an interview. They asked me to fill out the background authorization form prior to offering me the job, which i feel very unconfortable to do so.

Interview was short, the person interviewing had a soft handshake and seemed disinterested. I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager and got someone else. The office atmosphere was very quiet, no music...nothing.
