      Interview

      It was done between a recruiter for me. First it was a phone interview, which had a few questions I really had to think about. When I got to my in person interviews it was very nerve-wracking. I had 5 different people to interview with, which took almost 3 hours. They asked mostly story experiences and a lot of the same things, bug walking in knowing I had to interview with that many people had my anxiety going crazy. Not too bad of an interview experience overall though

      Short and sweet they hire anybody they let you sit and listen to a calls before the interview so you can get a fill of what type of calls they receive open interviews open interviews every Tuesday

      Interview

      30 minute interview sessions with customer service lead, supervisor, and director. Each member of the team with whom I interviewed with seemed to be in a rush. I found this very unprofessional, especially considering the fact that I was not contacted by Generac, despite following up and sending personal thank you emails.
