Informative recruiter who built good rapport and gave a good clear overview of the company. Quick response time and smooth interview meeting process. They weren't able to be flexible on working hours and requests but that was just specific for the role, not company wide.

30 minute Zoom Screen 2 tasks to complete, submit to panel (to do this well was time consuming), 45 panel review of tasks 30 min final interview with members from different teams

Three rounds of interviews with one at home task and one live task. The questions were mainly behavioural, looking for culture fit. First interview was very general, ‘getting to know you’ style. Second interview was more formal, with the team. Third round was with the director.
