Interview
I had a phone panel interview where I was on the phone speaking to 8 or 9 people. They took turns asking me questions. After the phone interview I heard back shortly, and then proceeded with getting the necessary clearances.

They asked me very specific questions based on my resume, and to explain more of my projects in detail. They asked a lot of technical questions about mechanical engineering as well as several situational questions.
Got an email telling me I had a scheduled interview in two days. Interviewed with a panel. I did not necessarily feel my skill set matched what I was interviewing for. I Was told I would hear from someone and am currently waiting for a decision.

short 30 minute interview, half was behavioral and the other half technical. no coding just general questions about C++ memory. it was audio only over microsoft teams with two people
