I interviewed at General Atomics (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
Phone screening then invited to onsite for a technical and panel, Technical was difficult because I was only familair with C++. Panel felt easy but did not carry my technical failure,
Straight forward - 30 minutes phone screen with behavioral and technical questions on C++.
Followed by 5 hour in-person or virtual interview which included both technical and behavioral questions. Each hour was a different interview with different people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at General Atomics (Poway, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
First round is a video call over Microsoft Teams, went over coding concepts in C/C++. Second round was an in person coding assessment (40 min) and then a panel interview with managers. The panel was technical and behavioral.
