It was one on one phone interview. Basic Interview questions, mainly just behavioral questions. Make sure to reference aspects on your resume. Relaxed atmosphere. No technical questions asked. One first interview in the process.

Interview process was pretty standard. All the candidates meet up in the morning in Groton to tour the facilities. Then I took a bus to New London where they have a semi new building. Interviewed for an hour and then got lunch with a recent hire. After took the bus back to Groton and drove home. Interview was straight forward with 2 behavioral questions, and a look over my past work experiences. Haven't heard after a month so I'm assuming I didn't get the job. Wish they would give an update saying they found a better match, but still a good overall experience.
