Phone interview with three engineers from different divisions inside the company. Easy resume-based questions and general behavioral questions. There is no technical evaluation other than what is on your resume.

30 minute zoom call (no cam) with a panel of other engineer team leads from various departments. Mainly behavioral questions and talking through your resume (ie: explain some projects) Didn't seem like they were looking to hire despite the fact that the job post was "#urgentlyhiring" from many engineering backgrounds. When asked each team lead what it would be like to be a part of their team, all of them said something along the lines of "you wouldn't be joining my team because we're full" (then what was the point of this interview??) Haven't had a reply back in weeks and the staffing representative flat out ghosted me
