The process took 2 days. I interviewed at General Dynamics in May 2010
Interview
1st round of interview consist of mainly interview questions.
These questions are all mainly behavioral questions.
2nd round of interviews is on-site. Normally meet with a minimum of 3 people. This round of questions is more technical.
This process lasts all day. Along with questions you get to see demos of projects are currently being worked.
Day ends in a sort of mixer where they tell you if you got the job.
I interviewed at General Dynamics (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. Had me code a sample project which wasn't very difficult. They also gave me free lunch. I felt very welcomed and not at all intimidated.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Dynamics (Sterling Heights, MI) in Feb 2024
Interview
It took a month for General Dynamics to get back to me once I submitted my resume, then I had one interview and was never called back. In the interview was a manager and two other software engineers who were extremely nice.
Short Phone call with hiring manager. They decide after one phone call if you're hired or not. Very easy interview to do. Test basic coding knowledge and was not at all very challenging
