Career Fair, Info Session, on campus interview 1 hour, in plant interview 5 hours 6 interviews. Led to summer Internship. Full time MEA offer followed. Star question format for questions. Looking for leadership traits. Mostly easy behavior based and or time management questions. Manufacturing experience prior was a plus. Some team some 1 on 1 some group interviews.

Interview
I initially met the General Mills team at my college's local career fair. By the next day (Friday) I had a phone interview. That following Monday was a second interview with one of the managers from the local plant nearby. About 1-2 weeks later I was flown out to the Wellston, OH plant for the 3rd and final on-site interview.

Interview
There was an initial on campus interview, then a longer on campus interview for about three hours with multiple interviewers. One group was with two engineers, and the other was with more of the human resources staff. They interviewers were very amiable! The questions were very rapid fire, but there was no pressure to answer quickly. I often took pauses to think about my responses. The second interview process included a personality/competency exam that lasted about an hour. It was scantron formatted. It asked simple brain-teaser type questions, but they weren't very difficult
