Interview
Most professional and thoroughly planned interview I've ever had. Started off with an interesting plant tour after initial HR prep. Interviewed with 2 teams of 2. Then, interviewed with the hiring manager. They had me order lunch from a very good local restaurant and brought it in for me to have lunch with 4 potential colleagues. Followed by a debriefing with HR. Everyone was very nice and I was blown away with the effort the local HR person put into making it all go smoothly for me.

Interview
I had an initial phone interview with two different managers. I then had a third virtual teams meeting with the same two and had to answer more challenging questions related to my experiences and how I handled certain situations.

it was really hard for me. They gave me multiple case studies and I had to talk to 6 different people of varying roles within the department. definitely kept me on my toes.

Interview
1st step was a phone interview. It was very pleasant and very structured. Start with sharing a bit about highlights of your work history, then more situational type questions and responses. The 30 minute interview lasted 45 minutes, which turned out to be a good thing! A few days later was invited for onsite interview. Very structured on situations, actions and results. Also had a few assessment test to take prior. Overall experience was very friendly, professional, structured and welcoming. Overall a very good experience! At the bottom I clicked no offer by mistake. The system wouldn't let me undo it. I just had my on-site interview. Still waiting for response of final decision.
