      I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2020

      Interview

      There were two rounds of interviews. The first was 30 minutes with 2 people. The second was 40 minutes with one person 4 days later. The whole process took 1 week. The whole process was very fast and the decision (I got rejected) came a little over a week after the second interview.

      Go through resume about things you’ve done professionally and related to food science Talk about a time you had to correct a group member Why do you want to work with General Mills How do you work with teams inside and outside of classroom/workplace How do you handle added on tasks and multiple responsibilities Lots of technical questions about production Which steps in this cereal production process are essential to safety of food and how would you rearrange the steps to be even better? What would cause the beans to float to the top of a vat and not be added to a soup can What is chemically occurring when an oat goes rancid
