I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at General Mills in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied through my university. Asked to interview. First round all behavioral, invited back for another the next day. Got through. Then 600 question personality test! tedious. 20 question deductive reasoning test was tough, but doable. Invited to final round at HQ. 3 30 minute interviews with higher level management. Everyone was incredibly nice, very helpful. HQ is amazing. The questions are never tricky or too difficult always straight forward and will work with you to find out more about your answer.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2025
Interview
- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
