Interview
Screening interview with recruiter than another phone interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, brought on site for 3 hour interview with stakeholders of the plant. Fairly easy interview, asked behavioral questions and were very thorough on offering what the expectations of the role were and compensation provided.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Golden Valley, MN)
Interview
I had a skype interview and heard back a week later that they wanted to do an in-person. It was scheduled a week later. Before the in-person interview they had me take a personality test and problem-solving test.
The interview was 4 1/2 hours. There were four one-on-one interviews and a lunch with a current employee in the role. It was nice having lunch with the employee because I was able to ask more about what she did and the environment of the company.
The interviewers themselves were very friendly. I was pretty intimidated going into it, but it honestly wasn't as bad as I expected. Just about all of the questions were STAR based about situations I've been in before. I only had one technical question about food science.
I received a call three days later with an offer. Whole time from when I was notified I had a skype interview to the offer was 23 days.
HR did a great job of communicating with me and answering any questions I had.
