Preliminary interview begins with 10 candidates. Then after trimming 5 out of 10 final interview begins. It took 15 minutues where 2 interviewer were present. After that the final decision is made.
The Interview takes upto two days.
Day 1: Day-long assessment that includes written test, aptitude test, characteristics test, group discussion and leadership test and an interview.
Day 2: If a candidate passes through the tests in Day 1. He/She will be called for the Day 2 which is the final interview with the HR and Division head.
Selection: Candidates are called for salary negotiations then get selected.
