Submitted an application online and took online assessment, was called within a few days and interviewed by manager and supervisor within a week. Very relaxed and conversational interview. After interview was told they would call me.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward. I had to do a assessment online that the hr rep sent to me via email. Then they gave me a call, did a short phone interview. I guess a lead team leader told me to come in and then they ask the typical interview questions. The interviewers were 2 supervisors. One was a male and one was a female. I was surprised how casual it was when I saw the female interviewer in torn jeans.
