      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Generation (London, England) in Apr 2025

      Interview

The interview with Generation was done through the HireVue platform. I received six video questions in total. The questions were personal and focused on my background, my interest in the data analytics field, and how my past experience could contribute to my new career. For each question, I had the chance to record a video answer, and I could re-record up to five times if I wasn’t happy with my first take. The experience was structured but flexible, which helped me feel more comfortable. The questions were designed to understand my motivation, my journey so far, and how prepared I am to commit to this new path.
