I applied online. I interviewed at Generations For Peace (Ḩawwārah, Amman Governorate)
Interview
Interview process was extremely long. After applying via the website I was taken to Aktaboot. Then I was contacted by HR to complete an application that was unnecessarily long. I had an interview as well as a test. Interview questions were super outdated - no creativity whatsoever.
It combined the usual questions of what is your leadership style? Are you rather people oriented or task oriented? And they pick a specific experience and ask you to elaborate. They would give you a test before the interview and give you a specific time to finish it. I found the task to be unrealistic for the time given to me. There were also a series of follow up calls
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Generations For Peace in Oct 2021
Interview
I was asked to complete an 11 page application in which I answered a variety of questions. After submitting this, I completed an exam of 45 questions on basic Excel skills and English language. I submitted it on-time and never heard anything back. I found that a bit odd considering I am very proficient in Excel and a native English speaker.
