They have you take a test prior to talking with the DSD department. They asked me about my experience as a nurse and the reason why I was wanted to work here. Two days later, I received a call from the DON who offered me the position.

Interview
Applied online, received a phone call from a recruiter not 5 minutes later. She asked me some screening questions then scheduled my interview for the following day. Hiring Manager was very nice and welcoming as we sat in an empty conference room. I was hired on the spot!

Interview
Started off with answering a multiple choice questionnaire followed by situational questions concerning your job role. Afterwards, the interviewer asks you about yourself and why you're interested with this particular facility. Also asked about flexibility with schedule.
