Genesis Energy (New Zealand) interview questions

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an initial phone screening with HR, focusing on my background, work experience, and motivation for applying. The second round was a technical and behavioral interview with two senior team members, where they assessed my analytical skills and past project experience. The final round was with the hiring manager, which was more in-depth and focused on team fit, problem-solving approach, and how I could contribute to the team.

Two interview process after an online screening. Interviews were thorough, even a slightly political question was asked which I didn’t expect! However I don’t think my answer would have impacted the result. Communication was great, detailed feedback on the interviews was given.
