Interview
A very long process, first it started off with a phone interview, and then I was asked to come in to the office for an aptitude test (a written test like what you would have in high school), then I got interviewed by 3 hiring managers and then their managers. I was then contacted again to come in and do a domain specific written exam (mine was in JavaScript), then was asked to complete another online coding interview.
I was contacted by the interviewer by email. She got my email from my Linkedin. We had one interview and then three months after they replied me saying that they have reviewed my application and it will no longer be considered. It was a really nice interview though very conducive environment. It was more like a friend chat and that made me very relaxed and confident.
Straightforward, not too difficult. Feedback was pretty quick. The recruiter got back to me within a week or so. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. To be or not to be?
First round is a general call with recruiter, just chat about your experience and about the role.
Second is a 1hr semi technical interview with hiring manager. Goes over your CV, experience, stuff related to the role.
Third is a Technical take home test.
Fourth and final is a review of technical take home test with Hiring manager and senior devs.
