Interview
I found out about this job through a Genesys recruiter who reached out to me on LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone call that lasted about 15 min., then a call was scheduled with this role’s manager that lasted about an hour. That also went well, so there were two more calls scheduled - one with some members of the team and one with the department’s director. After the initial call with the recruiter the other 3 were virtual Zoom meetings due to Covid. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I appreciated getting to know some of the members of the team and their openness to my questions.

I was asked: What type of experience do you have with agile methodologies?
Brief introductory call with the recruiter.
- 1 round with the hiring manager
- 1 final round with the executive
Mostly a blend of behavioural and technical where I could provide a few examples. Definitely more of a conversations interview and was a good experience.

Overall the HR reached out and was very clear in what they were looking for and the first round was with a Senior PM who asked me some generic Product or Business related questions
