I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genesys (Waterloo, ON) in Feb 2021
Interview
Round 1 : Simple discussion with HR to set the expectation right regarding the interview process + a bit of a screening
Round 2 : A 10 min timed aptitude quiz + a programming language assignment task (allowed 1 day to solve ) . The time allowance was pretty fair .
Round 3 : Very interesting interview with a senior director, more focussed towards behavior and less of a technical round.
Round 4: Pure technical interview with 2 software managers, who were experts in their crafts , asked questions pertaining to programming language, few technical design questions and 1 leetcode medium level question on backtracking.

Question 1
What is the most difficult challenge you've faced and how did you approach it ?
I was contacted by the interviewer by email. She got my email from my Linkedin. We had one interview and then three months after they replied me saying that they have reviewed my application and it will no longer be considered. It was a really nice interview though very conducive environment. It was more like a friend chat and that made me very relaxed and confident.
Straightforward, not too difficult. Feedback was pretty quick. The recruiter got back to me within a week or so. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. To be or not to be?
First round is a general call with recruiter, just chat about your experience and about the role.
Second is a 1hr semi technical interview with hiring manager. Goes over your CV, experience, stuff related to the role.
Third is a Technical take home test.
Fourth and final is a review of technical take home test with Hiring manager and senior devs.
