It was very well organized and fast. Started off with a 30 min recruiter call; followed up by 30-45 mins with hiring manager. Beyond that, there were 3 rounds of 2 people panel interviews.

Tell me about a project where you had to defend your design recommendation that was met with resistance and how did you handle it?

Interview
I had two interviews, the first with the recruiter and the second directly to the manager that I work with. The process was peaceful and objective. I work at Genesys four months ago and am very pleased.
