Easy and supportive, conversation wise, some technical bits and thinking questions and market making games etc. Pleasant experience. Motivations as well. Not loads of coding questions. Start with lots of assessments and interviews rounds follow.
Overall quite a decent experience. You are expected to be knowledgeable about the basics, and some mathematical knowledge, but made sense overall. Friendly interview and all questions were definitely valid

3 step interview process, Hr then 2 with members of team. Nothing super technical just had to express some knowledge of the markets you traded in and identify how those could correlate to the markets they were in currently and what differences you'd have to adapt in your strategy
