Genista Biosciences interview questions

1 rounds 3-on-one interview. It was more on the work experience, projects. How I handled things, Stakeholder management, strength weakness. How analysis was done, what kind of data was used, how it helped business and so on

The person I was having the first interview with was late and didn't contact me. I messaged them on linkedIn after waiting for 7 min. They then showed up, didnt appologise or mention why they were late and just got straigth into "tell me a bit about yourself". They seemed a bit uninterested but othervise the interview went okay. They told me they would get back in a week or so. A month later they got back to me and sheduled me for a second interview. I considered taking it to see if the sencond interaction was going to give me a better picture, but decided to decline and focus on other interview processes instead.
