Multiple interviews with different people on the organization. Final interview was an hour and went thru my entire work history. Interview was with the C-Suite/Managers and they asked a number of questions.
The interview process at this company is fair, it is not too demanding. There were only two rounds of official interviews and the interviewers were professional and appropriate. The offer was provided quickly and communication was clear
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genomenon
Interview
I have applied online for the position of the Curation Scientist. After that I received an invitation for a Zoom call where I was presented with the rules and the way of working.
After the interview I have received an email with the task but I did not proceed with it because it was too much effort for such a low salary. I was explained that minimal salary and benefits were paid to your account and the rest was paid "under the carpet" which i did not like because it is one of the ways for companies to avoid paying taxes to the country. In case you pass the task you are proceeding with a month of a boot camp training (remotely) and if they are happy with you after that period you will be employed. For the boot camp you use your own laptop and you are paid very low amount. All in all it was too much effort for entry position.
