Zoom interview with COO and HR listening in the background, unable to meet the lab and the rest of the team. COO is easy going, but HR is rude and unprofessional.

Interviewed by two CLS ( I assume bc they didn't tell me who they are and what they do). Felt more like an interrogation than an interview. Energy was negative from the start. If you don't have experience with what they're looking for (of which the job description doesn't say exactly what it is), then they're going to doubt your ability to do the work. The interviewers never asked any behavioral questions.
Also, I have the HR rep when I'm available to do a virtual interview and they don't respond back with the time confirming the interview until 30 mins before.
