The interview process went well, and as it was over the period of December, it took over 2 months. Each step of the interview was well thought out, with the interviewers guiding the candidate to assess personality and technical ability and giving the candidate a glimpse of what can be expected from the job.

Interview
I was contacted in the beginning of July, and the whole process (from first contact to first day at work) took exactly two months (including summer vacation period). Contact and interview followed as 1- Recruitment manager, 2- Commercial Directrice, 3-Scientific Directrice and finally 4-HR Directrice. Each step, expectations were clearly communicated with me. Overall, I appreciated a lot the process, and exchanges that we had during each interview process.

Long, plusieurs mois, contacté par un recruteur externe, puis un entretien avec RH, suivi d'un entretien en ligne avec HM, ensuite un 3ème entretien avec DRH et enfin un entretien sur site avec Directrice scientifique et mini entretien avec HM en personne
