We will screen CVs by the hiring committee first to have the shortlist to set up interviews. Normally the directors will meet for the fisrt interview, if nessary, the 2nd rounds will be office GM or principals esp. for SR. hires
In person and virtual meetings. They are 5-days a week in the in office with no flexibility. This an international company with over 50+ offices. The role did require extensive travel.

Met with two senior executives after being approached by the firm. Was a question and answer discussion, post sending my CV. It was conducted online with participants from the US and Singapore.

Very long. Many rounds with multiple people across the company. Asked very good questions. The process was slow and I started to lose interest after a while. I do not think the interviews went deep enough. Wish I had been provided more information. The HR team was very organized. Everyone was nice. I think it would be a great company to work for even if I did not receive an offer
