Internal recruiter reached out for interview times. First interview with two senior associates- great questions and dialogue and review of my portfolio. Second interview was with studio director and design manager to chat and get to know me, ask about my career goals, etc. Third meeting to present an offer to me and go over offer, benefits, bonuses, etc.

Walk me through your portfolio. Why Gensler? What is your creative process for conceptualization at the beginning of a project? What is your favorite phase of a project and why? Career goals for next 5-10 years? Ideal position/focus for yourself / interest in FF&E, architecture, graphics, branding, design director, etc.?
