Interview with the HR, immediate supervisor, manager of the division and director. The interview process is more on getting to know the applicant and what were your work experiences. They would also ask situational conditions and what would you do in those situations.

There will be 3 rounds of interviews. One with HR, Division Manager and Department Heads. The interview with HR is more on general questions about you past experiences and interests, while the interview with the division manager is more technical and more in depth about your work and technical experience. On the otherhand, the interview with department heads is for formality and will likely be more on evaluating your character.

The interview process consists of technical and non-technical questions with aptitude tests (logical, grammar, analytical, mbti). It will take more than an hour, depending on whether you take the aptitude tests seriously. It is also an online interview.

It was good, the interviewer makes the conversation alive and well. The interviewer is also kind and assure that everything went right on path. Overall, it's helpful as a stepping stone for those who wants to achieve their goals especially if you're IT graduate or any course related to that.
