Interview
I applied online at the end of February and got a call from the head of sales in a day or two. We talked over the phone for about 30-45 minutes. We talked about what I was looking for and what they were expecting in the person for this position. He was great in explaining everything in detail by letting me know about every possibility including, compensation, benefits, room for growth, etc. At the end of the call, I was asked to set up an in-person interview in the following week. The in-person interview was great. Along with the head of sales and Senior AE, I was able to meet the sales team that I would work with if I were hired and I thought that was the best part of the interview. We were able to question each other. Everyone seemed so knowledgeable and gentle. After that, the head of sales took me to show the whole office and informed me that they would have their answer in the following week. The minute I walked out of the office, I knew I wanted to work there, I was 100% confident. A week later, I got a call from them informing me that they are almost positive about me, but I still need to wait one more week. I was okay with that. A week later, I received my offer letter from the founder of the company. I will be starting in 10 days and cannot wait to join the team. It has been nothing but a positive and amazing experience for me.

Interview
You sat in the room with the manager and all of the sales team to make sure that everyone liked you. They work very close to one another so the dynamics have to work for everyone. Also it helps you get to see who tou will be working with as well.
