I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Georg Jensen (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Apr 2024
Interview
Even though I didn't land the job, I had a very good experience throughout the process. The hiring manager reached out to me directly to invite me for the first and second interview. What I really appreciated was how understanding and generous they were with scheduling the second interview since I was in the middle of a vacation, and they agreed to see me once I was back. I received the nicest rejection in form of a phone call where the hiring manager took time to talk to me, gave me feedback and only had words of genuine encouragement.

Question 1
A question I highly appreciated and that I don't encounter often enough:
What do you need in a manager? What is a good manager to you?
Other questions were very standard as you would expect: Tell us about yourself, what do you know about us, what made you interested in us and the job? etc.

Interview
The experience could have been better. I walked into the first interview, listening to 50 50-minute presentations about Georg Jensen's IT team, systems, and upcoming plans. After 50 minutes (intro—as they said), I was asked two things from my CV and if I could manage the role they expect to fill. I got a generic email of rejection.
